Our coffee is very special: select and 100% Arabica, it comes from the Sierra Madre Mountains of Chiapas, near the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, where up to 1,400 people are dedicated to harvesting the coffee.

It is a strictly high-altitude Arabica, harvested between 1,100 and 1,700 meters above sea level.
