Return Policy

The user has the right to return any damaged, incorrect, or incomplete merchandise, provided the product has not been used, within a period of no more than two business days (48 hours) after receiving the order. To do so, please contact us by sending an email to: global.express.up@gmail.com or, if you prefer, by calling 5586001634 in Mexico City and the metropolitan area, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding holidays.

Global Express S.A. de C.V.'s customer service department will prepare the corresponding report and request the following information:

Your order details to validate the order and delivery date, as well as the date you are contacting us.

An image of the incomplete, damaged, or incorrect order showing:

i. Exterior of the box with a visible seal and shipping label.

ii. Interior of the box.

iii. Products and/or accessories received.

iv. Fully visible evidence of the claim.

The consumer must send the evidence within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once received, Global Express S.A. de C.V. will investigate the claim and, within the next 15 business days from the date the report was filed, will share the resolution, as well as the appropriateness of the refund and/or points, or possible replacement of damaged products and/or shipment of missing or incorrect products. It is understood that you must return the products and accessories. Global Express S.A. de C.V. will reship the correct products or the missing products, and replace the damaged products. If you do not contact us within the first 48 hours after receiving your order, Global Express S.A. de C.V. is not responsible for damage or missing accessories or products in your order.
